which is why i am stepping down slowly I am prone to migraines if I dont get enough caffeine. Fortunately I do have something to take for the migraines if they come but i am so far doing good in that area.

And then again..there was a report on TV this morning..disputing the BP theory...
Good Luck anyhow..When I had surgery I switched to Hot chocolate/capuchino for a little while...It still gave me the same feeling..sorta

 My surgeon wants me to quit smoking one month prior to my surgery but I'm going to tey at three months to be healthier for the surgery.  I didn't know about the coffee... I drink one or two cups a day, should I be off it too?!  Can you drink coffee after RNY surgery?

I didn't know either until my pcp told me. I am hoping i can get to one cup a day with no side effects because I REALLY like the taste soooo its not really something i want to quit altogether
