VSG Maintenance Group

Hi all, just a reminder that there is a very active vsg maintenance group here in OH. Address appears below my ticker. It was started to address the great unknown of maintenance that many of us were facing when we neared or reached goal. But the group is open to anyone regardless of which surgery you had or even if you are pre op and want to learn about what the future holds. We are all finding our way at keeping our weight off. So all are invited to join and participate. We try to maintain an atmosphere of supportiveness and constructive suggestion.
