OT Too Many Life Changes All At Once?

Looks like my kiddo and I are moving out. So, in addition to getting approved and set up for wls I get to try to untangle three years of living with the man and being involved not just in his life but in his family's life and his daughter's life. And its the stupid stuff like "I bought the girls the Wii for Christmas so do I take it or leave it?" that seem to be the hardest sort decisions for me to make. And i paid for the entertainment center but since i don't own a tv should I let him keep it? Yeah probably since its a solid oak thing and heavy as sin to try and move. Crap! I hate that everytime i start to get something good happening in my life something equally crappy comes along and seems to take the edge off the excitement.

In our journey through life, there is always the good and the bad. I think we have to go through the bad so that we can have a deeper appreciation of those things that are good.

You hang in there as the real good stuff is that light you can now see at the end of your tunnel.

As for the WII. If you bought it for the girls then you should leave it. It was a gift and should remain so.

Now, as far as the entertainment center you bought, even if you can't use it, you could maybe get a few bucks out of it so sell it. Screw him if I'd leave it. LoL

One of the girls is mine and one of them is his... mine is going with me and his is here every other weekend... so now you see why its a difficult decision to make?

Take the unit, sell it and buy another Wii or walk away clear of the small stuff and start fresh.  The stress of picking over the little things in our lives is not worth the angst.

 Well if you leave the entertainment center take the Wiii and call it even, it's always hard when there is children in the middle of a brake ups... sorry you both are going threw this...I hope the move and change goes well for the both of you...go on craigs list and find a TV on the free page then you will have a tv peace and hope all goes well

LOl thanks everyone.. it wasn't really so much about the stuff. Its really more about how difficult this going to be and why the heck now when I already have so much other stress to deal with?

 When one door closes  we mourn the dreams we had  behind it ... but so many others  are opening at the same time that we dared not dream of yet ! 

Its great that  U are free  of this situation that wasn't meeting Ur needs and  are now free to  beopen to one you DESERVE  .

Have  you given this relationship all you can to salvage it ?  Sometimes it is better to forget your ego and  accept what is and  live another day.
