It was long but worth the read, I began avoiding aspartame because it gives me head aches,blurred vision and nausea and now I use splenda. What do you know about Splenda?

Where did you get all your info... and what do you suggest diabetics use? There very life depends on artificial sweetners. And no.. I'm not one.

Theresa, I buy Stevia at my local health food store. It comes in tiny itty bitty tablet form or liquid. You can also purchase it online..but look at the health food/natural food stores in your area. Hugs, Kathie in Hawaii...
