OK so I am trying to use up all our food before he leaves cause we eat separate foods. I got steak today. Everyman should have steak dinner before leaving right. Well I wanted to grill it. But it has been rainign off andf on all day. How else can I cook some nice juicy steak?

Under the broiler or in a George Forman grill if you have one.

Do you have a "Set it and Forget It"? That makes an awesome steak everytime! Or, under the broiler... that's always tastey, too! Have fun Teresa

To make the steak juicy wrap it in foil and put it in the oven on 350 for about 45 minutes. Just before it is done take it out and put your favorite fresh vegetables in the foil with the steak, for another 15 minutes. Good luck, youll enjoy this... Kay

If your grill has a top, grill it anyways. I grill in the rain all the time. 2nd choice would be george foreman grill. 3rd choice.. broil it on high heat. What cut of meat is it? Ribeyes are great broiled.

I used to broil a lot until it got too messy. Now I cut it smaller and stick it in a pan (stir fry).

Sabrina, I grill with tongs in one hand and an umbrella in the other. It's a gas grill so I don't have the lighting hassle. The broiler will work just fine though. Dx
