Technical help needed...

I've tried to e-mail technical support, to no avail. I need a profile removed/deleted because I accidentally created one too many. I have no idea how I could have done that! I think that the volunteer staff takes care of that sort of thing. So it may be a few day/a week before they get to it. You can delete all of the information and just leave the shell.
