Hello, I didnt see the posting. However, the Suzanne Sommers Eat and be Skinny book has a GREAT low sugar/low carb cheesecake recipe in it that my sister makes. Maybe you could pull it up from the Internet. Its worth a try. Or go to a book store and copy it out of the book.
