Need Avatar Help

 I have had this "before and after" picture flickering here for 4 years!!

My "after" is not really an "after".....it was my mid-point.  I am down  40 lbs. more and have had my plastics recently.

I need to find out how I can change the picture to my "real" after.

Any ideas??

 The avatar for OH has to be resized to 100x100. Here is a link to a free online picture resizer. You can choose one of your photos and it will shrink it down for you. Then you just upload it to your profile as your avatar.
