Think outside the breakfast box.  Day four = hamburger   Day Five - Flank steak? London Broil?

This is one of my favorites breakfasts to make and would be perfect for day 4 and 5.
1 egg
some solid white tuna(in water)(approx 1/4-1/3 can)
1 slice american cheese
S & P to taste
bit of butter/oil/spray for pan

**OPTIONAL**hot taco sauce or a bit of tabasco
Scramble together in pan.  Add hot sauce at the end if using.

Good luck on the 5dpt. Make sure you keep your carb counts low and drink much more fluids than normal esp. on day 4 and 5.  I had to drink about 40 extra ounces on day 4 and 5 because I was so thirsty from low carbing.  I'm starting my 2nd 5dpt tomorrow.  I hope you made the pumpkin-sausage soup.  It is so good and my bf loves it too(and all he eats is junk/pub grub/pasta). I'm making it today so I have it ready and am going to make it with either chicken or turkey sausage this time to lower the fat just a bit. I make it even when not doing pouch test bc it's that good and it's very easy to make.

And just to mention... I did the pouch test to go back to basics and because I couldn't feel much restriction unless I ate very "dry" chix or well done steak which is not how I like to eat either anyway,  not to lose weight.  I was in a 3.5 month stall and was hoping it would help, but had the expectation any weight I lost would be jus****er loss and would come back right away.  I wanted to see if I would feel my restriction and I did, somewhat, enough to be more aware when eating.  I did lose weight and it hasn't come back on, surprisingly.  Although I followed the rules to the T, I think the key was the amount of water I was drinking.  I would say I averaged around 120-135 ounces.  I also drank 3 cups of warm water steeped with 2 sliced lemons and some fresh ginger first thing each morning.
