Gatorade G2
Powerade Zero seems better choice. But that was not your question. Since I have band it would not give me problems but I do watch calories and drink 32oz of powerade. Drinking that much gatorade g2 would be too much for me.

I would try one single serving to see how you do with the 7 grams of sugar it has...and drink it slowly. Be careful to measure *1* serving from the bottle - you know they getcha with the sneaky multiple servings and you don't want to try something new you think is 7 grams only to dump and realize it was actually 14 or 21 grams. ;) This is what helped me test new things, by confirming my serving sizes. Very gradually. I think you'll be fine though...G2 doesn't make me dump at all. Good luck!
