Great for you Randall, I tried but still I don't have a taste for it. Only cooked with some ricotta in my eggplant, noodle-less lasagna. It is funny how our tastes change. Happy health- Dx

Hi Randall, I still can't bring myself to eat cottage cheese. I am just beginning to like any kind of cheese by itself. I usually like my cheese melted on a burger or pizza. I don't do tomatoes either. I just pray that I will be able to tolerate chicken after wls. It is my favorite source of protein. We shall see what happens. How are you doing? Hey Gen, I just told my wife yesterday that I hadn't seen you on here in a few days! Good to hear from you! Yes, we had a good weekend. My niece and nephew are here. We get them every other weekend and 3 weeks during the summer. They are in a really bad situation. They came to us last time and both had cigarette burns on them! I'm so furious about it and we took them to the ER. The doctor documented it but didn't call DHR or Child Services. We took them on our own! I don't know what it is going to take to get them out of this mess they live in! I just need the prayers of everyone about it! Thanks Gen! I always look forward to hearing from you! God Bless! Carrie! We have cried till we can't cry any more! We have put it in God's hands and I know that he is going to deliver them out of this! It's just a matter of time. DHR has come and done a home study and they want us to get custody, but we are just the aunt and uncle! We love them like they are our own! They call me ....get this one now...."Big Daddy and call my wife "Nonna"! We have 2 of our own, 11 and 15, and they love them too! Randall
