Yesterday............
Yesterday I walked for 50 mins on 6.0 incline at a moderate paste (3.7) and then I ran for 12 mins additionally at 4.5 paste. I burned a total of 810 calories yesterday and I only ate 800 calories. Do any one know if I should up my intake on the days I burned close to 800 calories? I'm trying to figure out why I can't break this stall. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

I did eat my exercise calories of 800. so I'm really confuse! That means you have to EAT more calories than you burn up in exercise.
You ate 800 calories and burned up 810 calories. You burned up more than you had to work with. That leaves nothing for your body to work on. Yes,I know we have plenty of fat to work with and burn but it doesn't work exactly that way.
If you burn up all the protein calories you eat, your body is gonna start breaking itself down to get the protein it needs. Muscles are protein, your heart, lungs, kidneys and well muscles are PROTEIN.
That is why we r supposed to eat a high protein diet so the body has enough protein to work with while burning off our fat stores. You truly are starving your body if you ate 800 calories and burned off 810.
Hope this has helped your confusion. My suggestion, eat all the high protein foods you can eat, stay away from carbs and fruit drink and drink some more.
Good luck,
