Best Protein Bars? (x post)

How long did everyone wait until they ate protein bars?  They aren't specifically listed on my paperwork so I'm not sure.  I plan on asking at my support group on 4/4, but I'm curious.  I'm 2 weeks post-op and have been eating some solid food.
