KALE?

About a week ago I was watching "Down Home with the Neeley's on the food channel.  They cooked a dish called Greens and Beans. It turns out the greens were kale....the kale is cooked with white beans.  The beans add additional protein.

I am going to try that recipe along with the ones posted here.

The recipe can be found on line.  Just google Neeley's greens and beans recipe or use search engine on the food network website.

Current BMI 20.4 as of 2/13/2013 (normal for the first time in my life).
Goal weight reached on 8/12/2010; As of 1/13/2013, 21 pounds below goal
