Poll:Who does strength training (weight training)?

Congratulations on your weight loss. I love weights, and, yes, they up your resting metabolic rate, which I love. I also love the results. I alter my routine every so often so my body does not get used to it. I then supplement the weights with cardio afterwards. I used to do it before, but I have a friend who is a former Mr. California, and he suggested I do the cardio after the weights. Plus, I then eat protein within an hour after the workout. Protein is so critical to help build and repair the muscles.
