Carbmaster Yogurt Changes
My favs - vanilla and cherry are both 8gm now. So, I'm not buying it. I found some unflavored Brown Cow greek yogurt at Kroger this weekend 10/$10. It is 80 cal, 15 gm protein and 6gm carb. I will add SF pudding, splenda and SF syrups to it.
I believe Carbmaster was such a good seller they found a way to reformulate it to make more profit - unfortuntely by lowing the protein content by 1/3 - they are losing me. It is all about the $$$ you know.
I still like 0% Fage unflavored greek to mix with my protein powders, but sometimes like flavored yogurt with Fiber One twigs for some fiber - for the old plumbing!!

Yeah - they'll lose me now on the carbmaster too - after I finish this batch. I don't even have a Kroger in my town - closest one is 90 miles away. I was picking up MANY when I went for work or sending people after it when they went.
I'll probably start with Greek yogurt too. The other thing I want to try is adding stuff into cottage cheese for flavoring. I've put it in protein shakes and pulvarized it. Let me see if I can get used to the texture with good flavorings. It's pretty high in protein for only 1/2 cup. I've learned the lower the fat, the higher the protein too - I think 14 grams in 1/2 cup.

Yes that is a bummer, but the calorie count went down too... you could just add a bit of protein powder I suppose, to make up for what was lost. I dunno, I will still eat it though :)
