I deleted my post because in retrospect I realized that it was quite mean spirited and not deserved.  

Then where's the apology?

You were posting on an open to the whole world forum. Get used to it. You owe Diana a proper apology, not a delete and run. Remember that when someone tells you to ask her for help for your CA insurance appeal.
