Wegmans shopping list? (x post)

Wegmans is pretty far from me. It is quite a hike. But I hear that there is a whole isle dedicated to bariatric food. Is this true? Also I wanted to start a list of things to look for when I'm there so do you have any recommendations? Or is there a blog with a good list? I know some blogs list costco, wholefoods, aldi and trader joes. I thought I would ask!

I shop at Wegmans weekly. While I"ve never seen a bariatric isle.....there are isles of high quality supplements, protein shakes/bars and other products not to mention high quality produce, cheeses, meats and fish. I'm moving to Connecticut and while I'll have access to many great markets including Stew Leonards and Fairway...nobody beats Wegmans. I'll be driving 2 hours to get to mine on a regular basis.

I love their spicy red lentil chili (prepared soups), butternut squash souffle (in kosher), and all of their cheeses. Don't go hungry! Susan

Wegmans is my hangout spot. I don't remember seeing a dedicated bariatric's aisle but they definitely have a large selection inter-shelved throughout the store. I'll check this weekend and let you know.
