What did YALL eat today??
I know it IS worth...it is just so hard having PCOS with insulin resistance and having to keep my total carbs under 10-20 per day...not only until I lose the excess weight, but for life. I feel so damn guilty even putting anything into my mouth, whether it's good for me or not...and I'm never really hungry anyway, only head hunger.
Thanks for your thoughts, though...they really are appreciated.

B- nothing
L- slice of tomato pie and a bite of an Italian hoagie
S-piece of sugar free caramel
D-crabcake, teaspoon of bakedbeans, spoonful of zucchini and some applesauce with flax seed
lots of water, glass of prune juice w/ some flaxseed oil blended in and 10 oz of isopure
S-still thinking about it
