Go here www.asmbs.org/poster.html and download this poster (free) to your desktop and then go to Best Buy and get a flashdrive for $8 and copy this poster to your flashdrive. (If you don't know how to do this, it's easy...I figured it out and I'm a REALLY old person who just learns as she goes.)
You could ALSO carry some sort of documentation about the surgery YOU had and how to reach your surgeon on that same flashdrive.
No excuses...go get the SOB, download it and carry it...thank you very much.
