I was diagnosed officially in January of this year. However I had symptoms for years.  In fact I first started having symptoms when I had the lap band after the birth of my now youngest. He just turned 5 yesterday.

Several people kept trying to tell me they thought  I had RH and my dr kept saying I did'nt. It wasn't til some blood work, a car accident, and a specialist came in on the scene that I finally got the right diagnosis. I remember several times telling people I had DS and was incapable of getting it. Ha. I just had a huge serving of humble pie.

Even this morning I was stupid. I had some Oreo Ice Cream and passed out on the couch for 2 hours. Not cool.

Some day I will learn.
I'm selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes. I am out of control and at times hard to handle, but if you can't handle me at my worst...then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.     ---Marilyn Monroe

I *know* that sucks! I have a non-op friend---a couple of them, in fact---who have moderate to severe RH, and they have to be SOOO careful about what they eat.
