I would first try to bump up your intake of dense proteins. For 6 months I mistaked head hunger for real hunger and I stalled but once I started focusing on my intake of protein and cut out most of the carbs I was eating the scale moved and I was NOT starving like a mad woman. I dont understand it either but something with the protein keeps you fuller longer with less food. Hope that helps.

lapband in 2008 at 298lbs , lowest weight was 183lbs , Band almost killed me and removed in 2011. No revison because to much damage for revision.

Thanks ladies for your response, advice, and support. I'll work on the dense protein intake and see how that goes. I weighed after 2 wks and had only lost 1 lb . I was so, so disappointed, but not surprised. I did just get over a bad cold and haven't exercised the last 5 days. I just started feeling better yesterday. Guess it's time to refer to my 2nd bible "Bandwagon". I'll keep you guys posted.....
