I CHOOSE not to disclose who I get these wonderful daily devotionals from because I do not want you and your kind to bash these wonderful wonderful men of God who preach the TRUTH. U people can say what u will about me not a big deal. But I CHOOSE not to allow u people to say hateful things about these men of God.
No, you choose not to disclose because:
1. You probably do not know how to correctly cite your source
2. You know that the content of your copy and paste is a matter of opinion and would not hold up to any debate or scrutiny and is in fact nothing more than oft repeated fairy tales.
3. You would not like the authors, whose work you so frequently plagiarize , to see what you are really like. They would be deeply ashamed at your lack of moral fiber, your constant thievery of their intellectual property, and your mean spirited hatred of any not as delusional as yourself.
That is why you don't cite their work, because of your own moral failings. And that Sprunkie is the only TRUTH there is to you.

HA! FINI CUPCAKED YOU!
Here I quote again Anne Lamott:
"The opposite of faith isn't doubt, it's certainty."
And before you go smiting her as an atheist, Cupcake, she's a better Christian than you. Check out her books sometime...if, in fact, you are capable of reading anything other than specific bible verses and the odd web thread.
I telll you again: THE BIBLE IS YOUR BELIEF, IT IS NOT TRUTH. Unless you have the risen Christ in your closet, you have a serious reading comprehension issue, *****
Is it okay for you to BELIEVE what the bible says?
yep.
Is it okay for you to have FAITH in what's in the bible, even the contradictary parts that don't make sense?
yep.
Is it okay for you to SAY THAT WHAT IS IN THE BIBLE IS ABSOLUTE TRUTH?
oh **** no. That's crazy talk.
Seriously - how many times do we have to cover this???

God Is Not Mocked
"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap"— Galatians 6:7
The Bible tells us that one of the signs of the last days is that people will go out of their way to blaspheme God. That will be a distinguishing characteristic of the Antichrist, whom the Scripture says will blaspheme God. Even as God's judgment is falling on nonbelievers during the Tribulation, Revelation 16:9 says, "And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory."
Blasphemy represents the conscious denouncing and rejection of God. It is a defiant irreverence, the sin of intentionally and openly speaking evil against God. To commit this sin does not merely represent unbelief, but determined unbelief.
A primary example is King Belshazzar of Babylon. One day, he held a big feast and invited his nobles, wives, and concubines. Then he brought in the objects that had been seized from the temple in Jerusalem and were used in the worship of God. Belshazzar served wine in them, toasting to the false gods they worshiped in Babylon. Belshazzar was mocking God. But the Bible says, "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7).
Sure enough, as Belshazzar was partying away, he saw a hand writing across the wall, "MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN," which was interpreted by the prophet Daniel to say, "God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it; . . . You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting; . . . Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians" (Daniel 5:25–28).
Belshazzar was weighed on God's divine scale, and he was a lightweight. Belshazzar had no substance, and that night he lost his life. He found out the hard way that God is not mocked
Wrong again! Not only can you mock god, god actually has an EXCELLENT sense of humor. I mean, have you ~seen~ a platypus? God is down with playing the occasional cosmic joke.
You believe what you want, I'll believe what I want....
Just don't start spouting that **** about how you KNOW you're right and. I'm wrong again. You don't. Faith and certainty are two entirely different things....you ignored my point to quote the bible, though I've already proven to be familiar with it. So stop doing that, it's annoying. Either admit you're wrong or just slink away quietly.
But mark me, Cupcake - you're going to reap just what you sow on this thread. I'll make sure of it.

*****ie...
You can't Cupcake ME. But it's cute when you try....like it's cute watching my dog chase squirrels he will never, ever catch. Not ever.
Also you are still struggling with the definitions of the words "TRUTH" and "KNOW". Do you have a dictionary, or just a bible?
You don't know the truth. No one does. Religions were formed to take a stab at unraveling the mystery, but they all require faith. Which is all well and good...as long as you don't confuse it with TRUTH. They aren't the same thing.
Now, of the two of us....who is speaking TRUTH, *****ie?
Hint: it's not you, Cupcake.

wow you really r an idiot. I was at fist thinking you were just joking but no you really r a fool!!
I speak the TRUTH cupcake!! I just hate that you really do not get it but that is your loss not mine...how sad for you.
I feel sorry for you and your kind. maybe one day you will wake up and realize I was right all along. But it is ok if you never look me up to tell me so.
I know in my heart that I tried. I have tired with you and your kind.

You're the one spelling "are" as "r" but I'M the idiot? I don't ******g think so!!
Listen up, Cupcake, because I am rapidly losing patience with you. The bible is full of inaccuracies. That's a big word meaning THINGS THAT AREN'T TRUE.
For example...Luke reporting that Jesus told his disciples the apocalypse would happen during their lifetimes. Oopsie! That's a big **** up, huh??
Which part of Genesis is correct - the one that says Noah took TWO pair of animals on the ark, or seven? HOW CAN BOTH BE TRUE??? Oh, and also - what's up with the bit about how eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge will kill you, yet Adam and Eve LIVE?
You know the earth is older than 6,000 years, right? And Jesus didn't have a pet dinosaur, despite what you and Sarah Palin seem to believe.
So let me go over this ONCE AGAIN: the bible is great. You can believe in it, take comfort from it, and sleep with it under your pillow at night for all I care...
But you CANNOT call what's written in it TRUTH. Not in an argument with me, anyway. Nope. That I will not allow. I'm right and you're wrong, I just proved it, using examples of innacuracies from your holy scriptures.
Please tell me you've finally gotten this through your thick skull...I am getting so tired of schooling you!
