Eating with a DS, PART 2: Another Day in the Life (pics!)
I didn't do the math and only guesstimated my protein. Which is all I count. I'm sure I fell short. I just didn't have time this day to get everything in.
My iced coffee shake. I do a scoop and a half of IDS because I don't like the taste of a double scoop.
Brunch (i don't like to eat when I first get up): 3 eggs fried in butter with a slice of cheese w 4 sausage patties. It took about an hour(I had to reheat) and I ate 3 of the sausages and all the eggs.
Went to dinner at Logans Roadhouse for dinner. They were out of ribeyes dammit so I ended up with garlic Parmesan wings and a few bites of Cesar salad and I ended up eating a whole roll slathered in butter. Normally Id eat half (no gas)but dammit it was good. I stayed downstairs once the stinky gas kicked in. LOL I ate 6 of the wings. and the meat off 2 bones of ribs (Guess whats for lunch). It took an hour and 15mins to eat and I could barely breathe when I was done.
I couldn't finish the last wing. DH ate the hot ones
I drank a Adkins RTD shake just before bed.

Thanks Jenna Lynn! I really enjoyed doing this project, and I love seeing what everyone else is eating too. Thanks for organizing this thread. I'd be happy to do it on a regular basis if anyone else is interested too.
The cheese is actually Iberico, not Iberian (I typed that wrong). I had never heard of it, but came across it at Costco and was intrigued, so I got it. Here is a good description I found online: "A semi-hard cheese, its flavor is so creamy. Rustic though a little more complex than Manchego - Manchego style but made with cow's, goat's and sheep's milk (a triple threat)." http://www.thisnext.com/item/EEAEA78E/45963FA7/Iberico-Chees e

I just typed a whole comment and OH ate it. Hopefully, it won't post twice.
Thanks for joining in, Rony! That Logan's Roadhouse looks incredible! I'm sitting here staring at my work lunch - peanut butter and honey sandwich - and thinking it's not going to cut it today.
Isn't it also cool to get two meals out of one?
Like you, I also prefer 1.5 scoops of protein. Otherwise it's just too overwhelming.
