Since the very beginning of this thread you made judgement on each of us and not ONCE did you ask us if we actually do have faith in Jesus, NOT ONCE. First you ASSUMED we were atheists, then you assumed we were some kind of christian, but not YOUR kind, but the whole time you just assumed.
If I said to you, I do believe and have faith in him and know he gave his human life to save us and I live my life as a moral, self sacrificing person would you change your tune towards me or remain stagnant and staunch because I am NOT of YOUR church?
Just an FYI, I went to catholic school for 12 years, all nuns and very religious. Know the bible probably better than you. My mother went to church EVERY DAY and was very tedious with her actions and beliefs to mirror her lord. I know and I understand it. I, however, will never judge anyone or decide their fate. Only ONE can do that and it isn't you, me, your religious leader or even Jesus. It is God the father. If you do pay attention to the history of writings of the bible, many of the teachings were to address the mayhem of the times. To stop the society from rape, adultery, theft and want. Do I feel many people have lost their way now? Yes. Do I have the right to tell them how to pray to God? NO way. I just hope they are praying and setting examples to their children. Each person has the right (since God gave us free will) to set their path on this earth to prepare for their judgement day. He sent Jesus here to set examples of how life should be lead and to learn to have faith. Before Jesus, faith was sightless, but Jesus was tangible. He never expects us to be perfect, sinless, he only asked we believe and understand, but never to be heartless. You are missing parts of this, you condemn without knowledge of what you have condemned, why? Sometimes you need to put the "book" down and "see" without blinders.
