This needs to be reposted weekly.  I get so saddened by the posts of folks who are either afraid to get surgery or regret their surgery because of excess skin.  Health is far more important... I hate my skin, but I'd much rather have it sagging from my body than filled with fat and immobilizing me.

Honestly getting my extended tt with muscle tightening was the best 4k I ever spent.  Honestly the pain was nothing compared to having a flat stomach for the first time ever, its the best thing I ever did for myself.  Period!

Congrats!

My pics are on my profile for anyone who wishes to add me to see.

You are a TRUE inspiration! That plastic surgery looks really painful! Owch! Congrats on your doing all the fun and athletic things. I have extra skin and like you use the compression garments...They are a total lifesaver!

I am getting ready to join a jujitsu dojo next month and I figure the compression garment will be good enough. I have been through so many painful surgeries and cancer treatments I don't think I could handle any plastic surgerys and drains when I get to goal...

Keep on trukkin' and enjoying your triathalons!
Warmly,
Jackie

Super results, Dan.

I am inspired by your results, and know it's not that far off, with some serious dedication to moving butt.

I've not had any plastics, but I'd love to at some point when I am healthy enough to do so. My husband had a abdominoplasty and thighplasty, and wants chest work as well. The cost is just so prohibitive.

Off to Mexico when the time comes.
