My Biggest Fear....
Has been to get an ulcer in my pouch, I had ulcers when I was first marriedyears ago and remember that horrific pain so well. Tonight I have that same intense burning pain in my pouch and I am hoping and praying its just gas but gas-x did nothing and walking around did nothing. Of course I can't sleep because its up there on the pain meter but I am so tired. I have not taken a single dose of Nsaids the entire 5+ years out of fear of this pain and here it is. Yeah great.
Thanks, I really don't understand whats going on with me, my entire jaw started hurting a few days ago then I started to feel aware of my stomach area, not painful but I weird sensation. I have been eating nothing but yogurt and a little bit of cheese today so I wouldn't have to chew and now this intense pain. I really hope its just gas but I have never felt anything like this since surgery, now it feels almost like heartburn. I think I am dying for sure.
A quick relief - tums will neutralize the acid and shall give you relief from the pain. Also - you may want to chose and go get some OTC antiacids - Omerprozole works well (generic Prolisec)

Call your doctor. It could be several things. At the worse your heart. The least you have a tooth going bad. Women do not have the normal signs of heart issues that we hear about in the news for guys. Sometimes it is like heartburn with jaw pain. At the worse they will tell you it is the flu. But do call a nurse or doctor and tell them how you feel.
I know right after the wedding my front tooth started hurting then spread across my jaws. Turned out one of my front teeth's root was dying but I will tell you it felt like hell and that my whole left side of my face was on fire.
