Vitamins: Unjury VS Celebrate. Opinions please.
I personally take Centrums, 2x a day. I'm not a "chewable" kinda gal. Centrum does, however, make 2 adult chewables. The regular, and the Silver which has no K or iron.
However, if you are wanting a Bariatric vitamin? I would consider Celebrate or Bariatric Advantage (not in a particular order).
Both companies will send you free samples of their products to try. I was sent some of Celebrate's new pinapple flavored multi and even to my "I don't like chewables" palatte? I like them. I also really like their cherry calcium. (I really need to get my review up, but I wanted to see if I got burned out on them like I have every other chewable I've tried. That and life blows right now.)
As a side note, I have 3 people in my RL support group out of Raleigh who tried Opurity. All three were more than a year out, with good labs prior to switching. And all three had lowered lab values -- according to them. I did not see their sheets and I'm going off what they said. But I've know two of these people for almost 2 1/2 years, so I trust their word. They asked me what I thought about their labs going down and I asked my simple question of a long-timer: "What did you change?" And bingo. One will be going back to Celebrate, one to BA, and I'm not certain about the 3rd person.
