Miralax is safe to take daily for life. Some just need it to keep things moving. I wouldn't worry about it. It's much better than laxatives, or enemas, and again, from what I understand, my doc says it is fine to take for life.

Hello. I've been using miralax for awhile and it's not bad. It seems to be a bit slow acting for me but is almost tasteless and easy to disolve in a water bottle so I can carry it with me.
