I had RNY surgery. I must say that the photos of DS, VSG and RNY are amazing. I'm playing along and have posted mine below.

Before 8/11/2009 Starting weight 322 lbs (my surgery day)

After Total lost 174 lbs in 12 months (currently weigh 148 lbs as of today 8/26/10)
