Me too! I'm 2+ years out, highest weight was 225, now 142-145, 18-20 pants, 1-2x tops, now 9 yep single digit, M-L tops.

I hate these...

Before surgery 205lbs.

21mo out - party time!

Diabetes, hbp, cholesterol - gone, normal, normal BMI is still 27, but I'm healthly and I'm losing again, and plastics in Jan will take me down to a normal BMI. What's not to love about the DS.

Amazing - thank you everyone for sharing - especially those very embarassing photos.

!! It's so fun to put faces to some of the avis that have private profiles. I am bookmarking this thread for sure for moments when I need inspiration! Can't wait till I can post my own afters, I'm tired of having so many befores!

I can't wait to have an after to go with our before photo. Both my husband and I are having the DS. Not sure when, but aiming for an October date.
