Great post!  Everyone sounds so happy and active, embracing their lives, plus you can't say it enough, you're all GORGEOUS!

Here is my 1 year out compare  - I am down to somewhere between 182 and 186 and I am 6'2" tall so I am at a normal BMI.   I want to know how Echo got a six pack - i am pissed all I got was a whole **** load of loose skin - guess he worked out and I didn't.. LOL 

John, this is just an amazing comparison.  You look so unhappy in your before, and every one of your afters I have seen, you always just beam.  I'm so proud of you!

 Julie!!! WOW!! First off your pre op pic looks nothing like you, well the blond hair makes it more convincing! But holy Moly in your after pic you don't even look like you were over weight a day in your life!
