Can't believe it! I will be 4 months out in another 8 days but have already lost 103! YAY! This makes all the bad stuff so much better!

Here is a "before" and "after" picture although the "after" is still nowhere near goal, it does show some of my progress.

Thanks! I love it! Even though I still have a ways to go, I am feeling a lot better! The other day I had someone run into me at work and then stop and say "Woah! I didn't even recognize you!" LOL All I could reply to that was THANKS! hehe

To get pictures in your post, open your profile and go to the picture in there, right click on the picture and select copy, then go into the body of your post, right click and select paste.
