"Fat Cow" in the pool (help!)

I second that.  I use our local hospitals rehab gym pool area.  Love it.  You never feel like you stand out and everyone is very kind.

Man, you have GOT to get a new avatar.  I *told* you it was completely outdated.  You cannot look at that and tell me it looks like you now.  Do not force me to post a recent picture to prove my point.


Look for programs that cater to "Arthriticise" programs.  These pools -- typically warmer water therapy pools -- tend to be a whole lot more accepting.  In fact, aquatic Arhriticise programs are good for those of us just getting back into the exercise groove as it's easy on the joints and can be catered to a number of skill levels (I should know -- I trained to be a certified instructor, and my father IS one).


Will we be seeing you in Cincy?  Puhleeze?

Get someone to rescue my photo identity, then.  I think I uploaded an avatar once, about 5 years ago. It's a well...kinda...well.... you know.... a kind of techie kind of thing.  I don't tend to do very well in that arena.   I'll try to find the photo I had up in 1999. Caption had read "I look happy in this one; someone must have fed me."

Heh.  I know Beth took some photos on Saturday night.  You may not want them to be shown to the general public.. but they are available ;-)

And hell, you have those technological type folk that work for you.  You know, Jeremy?  Just beat him with a stick or something and make HIM change it for you.  Or Randy?  I'm sure he would do it for you as well.  C'mon, THINK!  Be the evil genius that we know you can be!


LOL - What do you get at Cincy?  Well, a chance to see Beth and me, of course!  What else is there?  C'mon, you know you wanna.  And bring the photo booth (and a few gallons of sanitizer...) with ya ;-)  (Did the photos ever get OUT of the booth?  I'd love to see some of those.  Others, not so much.  Well.  Not unless you want to start charging admission fees.)
