"Fat Cow" in the pool (help!)

Local motels that have one can help, how about a DIVE shop???  some have pools and I am sure you can work out a deal.  Ocean comes to mind for those who are close. How about for those who have the room get your own pool. Even better and I saw one installed is a Lap pool....  They are very small, can fit in a basement and work great..... If anyone wants to know more about one just message me and I can help.

There are also a  few gyms that have men and women areas I used to belong to one that had pool workouts just for women and loved it. As for the kids making the remoark that makes me angry but you also have to blame the parents for not teaching them any respect.

I swim at our local gym in a water aerobics class, our members come in all sizes and just work together to have an enjoyable punk free workout.

in canada we call it aquafit  and  i have been in the pool when i heard the lifeguards making  fun of me  but im the type of person who doesnt care what anyone says ive been talked about most of my life and i will goto any pool that has an aquafit class and mostthat i have been to  have a bunch overweight ppl or old ppl and im nopt ashamed of working out anywhere

Sorry, I personally do not have any pool experience.  We had our own above ground heated pool, but I dismantled it and sold it the year after surgery because our family just wasn't using it.

Some of our group members go where they work out as some of the larger Kalamazoo fitness centers and the Y have pool programs.  One would probably hear little or no comments when attending a swimming fitness class vs. attending an "open" swim.
