Amylu Caramelized Onion & Gouda Chicken Burger !!!!!

Oh my goodness; oh my goodness; these are soooooo good! I bought a package of these on a whim at Costco a week or so ago and just tried one for lunch today. They are sooooo good; juicy, with just a touch of caramelized onion and gouda cheese inside. Man oh man, I could eat that again right now! And they have only 3 grams of carbs and 22 grams of protein.

I tried to find a picture of them, but I couldn't find a good one. I just pan fried it in a little butter and wowzer!!!! Another fav!

Oooohhh - I had forgotten about those! I had them pre-op, but haven't tried them lately. Costco, here I come!

Those sound delish!!! If you haven't tried them already, they have a chicken sausage with apple and gouda (also at Costco) - yummy!!!

Well if their sausage is anywhere near as good as these chicken patties, I'll be all over them too. I'll pick some up next time I'm at Costco.

well maybe i can...will check them out...i live n atlanta will try 2 find a Costco's i have a Sam's and a BJ's wholesale club close to me they might have them...will try!
