What part of meat is protein?
I was sure it is the muscle of the actual fiberous part so I looked up something (below) Just showing this as all 3 oz portions, I'm 99.9 % confident it is the actual muscle itself. Plenty of other protein choices rather than mean of any type of you don't like it / can't stand it!!
Beef (3 oz portion) | Protein (g) |
Beef, blade roast, lean only, braised | 26.4g |
Beef, ground, 75 percent lean, patty, broiled | 21.73g |
Beef, ground, 85 percent lean, patty, broiled | 22.04g |
Beef, rib, lean only, roasted | 23.16g |
Beef, bottom round, lean only, braised | 26.85g |
Beef, top sirloin, lean only, broiled | 25.81g |
Beef, steak, rump | 18.48g |
Beef, corned, canned | 23.05g |
I doubt the juice has much protein. If you can't tolerate meat, why don't you eat something else? I haven't had meat in over 25 years. I eat stuff like Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese, eggs, all kinds of cheeses, all kinds of beans, veggie burgers, Morningtar Farms fake meat products, milk, protein shakes, occassionally cottage cheese or tofu.

The juices are the fat from the meat, so you're just sucking the fat out and throwing away the protein. I also recommend to stop the chew/spit idea. There are eating disorders wrapped all around that and it actually does physical damage because your chewing is making acids come up to break down the food, then taking away the food leaves them nothing to attack but your digestive tract.
