Congrats to all the losers!
To those struggling: keep coming to OH for information and support. Keep working your plan, mixing it up just little (maybe a different exercise, maybe a bit more food, etc.) and it will work. Yes, it's frustrating to stare at the scale week after week with no movement....just consider it PRACTICE for maintenance!

Speaking of maintenance: I am there, so I'm not really looking for a loss. My weight was down by a pound, though...149. I think I haven't yet settled at my post plastic surgery weight yet; I think that pound was all water from surgical swelling (which is expected with my TT). I still have quite a bit of swelling, so I may drop another few in the upcoming weeks...we'll see.
