It's fine, it won't be a problem.

Ice it, and if really really hurts, you should get medical treatment for it...which is probably no treatment for a broken small toe.

I wouldn't bother mentioning it to the surgeon, just make sure that if you are treated, that they do not prescibe NSAIDs.
Another loser

i sprained my ankle a couple weeks before surgery and believe me, it hurt! I did ok.

When I broke mine  they had me tape the sore toe together with another .   BE SURE NOT TO
TAPE IT TOO TIGHT BECAUSE  YOU DONT WANT TO  CONSTRICT THE BLOOD SUPPLY .
Ice it first tonight  the use the tape method   when walking.  Also be careful using ice, use a cloth
for a barrier between ice bag and your skin.    You could also go to a medical facility that is open on sunday if you live in a city that has them.   Good Luck.     This is only a suggestion and not meant to be medical  advice of any kind  or in any place of a doctor.   Another suggestion you could go to the
emergency room if the pain is not tolerable.

Save yourself the trip to the ER on a weekend;  if it's a broken toe they can't do anything about it anyway (I know this from sad experience) and keeping it taped up would be the best way to let it heal.

No, don't worry about the surgery being affected;  it's nowhere near your intestines!!

Best wishes on your surgery date~!
