O/T do Walmart "white stag" sizes run big?

 I thought I was now wearing a size 10. which is what I wear in Levis and Catos jeans .. when I wore them last week.. But I bought some White Stag brand Capris and shorts today from Walmat without trying them on and  just now did at home.. The size 10s are a little big in the waist. Could it be?   Are they made bigger than normal brand jeans? AM I actually possibly wearing a single size clothing 8 now?   What have you noticed about Walmart sizing?

I personally thought Walmart's pants run a little small.  I am a very comfortable 22 right now (almost in a 20..YAY!)  And I had tried on a pair of 22's in capris just last week as a matter of fact..But they were tight.  And I KNOW I am a 22 cause I am literally almost the next size down...So idk...Sorry  :-\

I think it depends on the waist...I am in a 10 but was able to buy a pair of 8 capris last week but they have an elastic waist..so again I think if they have an elastic waist they might run big
