It's "INVASIVE," people, not "EVASIVE."

And you've decided to go necroposting WHY?  To celebrate the anniversary of this thread?

Seems to me YOU are the one with too much time on your hands.

You just went through her posting history on the main board and bumped a year old thread...who exactly doesn't have anything else to do again?

I find the easiest thing to do is perform evasive maneuvers to avoid posts that talk about that topic at all, since every single surgery is quite invasive IMO anyway. I never understood the point of arguing about that. Generally speaking, their are better discussions about the differences between surgeries than which ~cut open your stomach and change your life forever~ procedure is least invasive.

Rates right up there with not knowing the difference between "lose" and "loose". We LOSE weight or are LOSING weight, which makes our clothing LOOSE. Incorrect use of those always bugs me for some reason! But then, I am kind of a spelling/correct use of English language freak.

You obviously understood what the poster was trying to say, because you were quick to correct them.  Some people lack spelling skills.  That doesn't mean they should be made to feel like crap for coming here for support.  Did you really need to start a whole tread about someone's spelling error?  What a shallow person you are.

It isn't a spelling error.  It's a vocabulary error.  And aren't you the one complaining about spelling errors in the pubmed articles?  Make up your mind!

If you had ANY wisdom on this topic you would know that a good number of banded people DID NOT understand the expression "least invasive surgery" or even REPEAT it correctly.  We find many of them on the Failed WLS board and the Revision Board.

People *****ad this and know that they don't know the difference between those two words may actually go find out.  It makes a difference.

She is the person who discredited a published, peer-reviewed medical research paper, because there was indeed a misspelling.  Seems odd that a day or two later she would find you "shallow".

you did it again! you interacted with a trollish person and poof, they are gone!

And done in a very direct forthright manner. No evasiveness needed.

I think the world needs more people playing Scrabble.
