I have to lose weight help

I assume you've had your thyroid checked and it's ok. Do you have diabetes? If so, are your blood glucose levels well managed on what you are eating? Do you have balance in your caloric intake? That is, lean proteins, but also vegetables, fruits, whole grains and some fats? Are you drinking plenty of water? Fat cells hold a LOT of water and interestingly one ofthe important ways to get the cells to eliminate the water is to drink fresh water. (But don't worry, you aren't quite trading old for fresh in those cells--it really does help keep the water out of those cells).
When you exercise, do you break a sweat AND get your heart rate elevated and sustain that for at least 20 minutes? If not, your exercise may not be doing much except keeping you more limber.
If yes to all of the above, your calories may be too low for your size. It may be worth a try to vary your calories every 3-4 days, for example, 1600-1800 for 3 or 4 days, then 1000-1200 for 3 or 4 days, back and forth. This, according to my nutritionist, reminds your body that you are not starving it. Due to some recent health problems, I was on a chicken broth and water only for 3 days and only lost 2#. As soon as I started eating more normally, I dropped 4#. I try to pick at least one meal every few days that is only the chicken broth (as much as I want), and I plan to (but haven't yet) do that one day a week to lose 7 more pounds that I want to lose. Chicken broth has some protein, by the way, but one must be careful of the sodium, so drinking extra water is essential.
Believe you can do this! You can, and it's worth it.
