DSers have to squat over a toilet up to 10 times a day as their insides cascade out in a froth of vile diarrhea that will cause birds to drop dead from the sky.

Ah, birds dropping from the sky...  That could be a good thing for lousy hunters.  If they're just little ones like wrens, robins or such it takes a lot of them to make a decent meal.  But never ever discount a good source of protein.  Can't we just walk by a duck pond then drag the fattest ones home?

DSers are real mean.....

I suppose death by asphixiation is crueler than my grandmother's handy old hatchet that she kept in the barn.  I think she was too much of a lady to just wring their necks.  Didn't really matter to the yummy chicken that ended up on her dinner table though.  Free range poultry:  yummy.

Well, I'd say wait until you're a lot more than barely a month out before taking any of the above as gospel ..  I remember being all "rainbows and roses"  about the DS for the first year or so out too ..   I've seen some of the above baddies come to pass in my last 3 1/2 years out, though, in one form or another, unfortunately ..  If not for me, then to some other DSer(s) (not saying that any of this is true for ALL of them, though) ..

You are hardly the picture of perfection when it comes to the DS, Paul. if anything, people should find out exactly what you've done with it and do the opposite. If they do that, they will be wonderfully successful.

Its sad when folks who have had OTHER procedures and most likely do not frequent our board, know who to trust and who to just explicitly ignore when I comes to speaking about our procedure and what to expect as a result of it....

WTG Jackie for sure!!!
