Bottom Heavy Ladies... I have a question.. :)
I wish I knew the answer. I am all belly! Gah!
Queen has no song about that!!
I am losing from the top and starting to resemble a melted candle.
Better than the alternative.

Thank you all so much for the tips and for making me laugh!!! :) I have asked for a personal trainer for my birthday, I asked my husband for a very attractive, young man with a name like "Jake" or "Sven" or something and he said, no. I asked for a nice girl named, "Jill" or something and he said, sure! :) So I do have that coming up next month so I'm excited about that! I have been going to the gym for about 6 weeks now and do mostly cardio about an hour 4 times a week and I walk and do my Wii Fit when I don't hit the gym but I'm not very good with all those big machines and weights so I need someone to show me the right things to do. I do NOT want bulk, I want toning... so a personal trainer is something I am very excited about!
I do have a bit of "jiggle" in my calves so hopefully I can lose some of that bywork and toning the rest. It's definitely not solid muscle as it should be for holding me chubby butt up for all these years, poor calves.
No matter what though... I will wear cute summer dresses one year (probably next year) and cute skirts because I have worked so hard and made what I feel is one of the smartest decisions of my life by having my RNY. So if my not so perfect calves ruin someones view, they can just look elsewhere! :)
Thanks again, ladies!
