I change my Mind
I'll take that $100.
I just found this: http://www.longviewregional.com/Services/Pages/Bariatric%20( Weight%20Loss)%20Program.aspx via a quick Google search. It's Longview Regional Medical in (wait for it...) Longview, Texas!
Here's a link to their Bariatric Program page: http://www.longviewregional.com/Services/Pages/Bariatric%20( Weight%20Loss)%20Program.aspx - Jason P. Suits is the doctor's name.
Actually, here's a link to the Google page so you can go through it yourself - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=bariatric+sur gery%2Blongview%2C+tx&aq=f&aql=&aqi=&oq=
Now, based on the fact that you couldn't Google this information yourself, I'm going to assume you haven't researched any of the surgeries, either. Right?

Where there is a will there is a way. You have to want this enough to make a lot of phone calls and inquiries. Someone on here told you about some surgeons that do accept Medicaid. Give them a call. No one but you can do the leg work, nor should they have too. You either want this or you don't. It's really pretty cut and dried. Is living a long life more important to you then dying young from the ravages of obesity? Every surgery carries a risk. I thought the risk far outweighed the quality of life I had. I hope you get your priorities straight.
Can you please tell me which hospital you called and they told you they accept Medicaid

Read back a few comments. I linked you to the specific hospital.
I called Longview Regional. I spoke to the secretary in the bariatric surgery center, one of the insurance coordinators/billing specialists and the switchboard operator.
The number is: 903-758-1818. You'll have to call them tomorrow during normal business hours.
If you don't know what their normal business hours are...
