131 pounds gone ...

Hi all ... just sharing ... 8 months out today and with that and my previous weight loss, 131 pounds are now gone.

I took some pictures that I will try to paste here (I haven't had the best of luck) including one I found that really shows me at my heaviest. If you can not see them, please look at my profile as I have also put them in the album "journey of a lifetime".

You look great!! I have to get some pics of me posted. I have lost 170 lbs. Started at 312. Now weight 142. Will be 2 yrs out the end of the month. I have had my share of problems but would I do it again....ABSOLUTELY.
