In some of the posts people have mentioned tasteless protein powder that you can mix with anything. What brand sells them and where can you buy them? Are they really as good as they sound? -Melody

UNJURY has a unflavored protein powder. Log into their website using the name and... (well you know the rest). I haven't tried it, but heard it can be mixed with food and doesn't even have to be taken as a drink.

I have tried three different brands and all three made my food or drink taste bad. I wanted to They say "flavorless" but they are definitely NOT so! If I were you, just get some good protein powder and do shakes. Kelly

The particular one that I use is called 'Any Whey' and I get it from GNC. Supposedly you can cook with it and put it in soups. No one powder is completely tasteless, flavorless, textureless, per se.The thing to realize is that these powders do not actually 'dissolve' completely, as much as remain 'in suspension'. So, you put them in a creamy style of soup, or oatmeal, or cream of wheat, they pretty much dissappear, but put them in chicken noodle or french onion, and you'll still see them, looking a bit like finely grated parmesean cheese. I have also found out that nothing tastes right when you add the entire scoop to anything, so I add a spoonfull, or less when I use it. Do that 3-4 times a day, and you'll get that scoopful used up. It's a lot of trial and error, but the best success I have had is adding it to puddings as I serve it. Bowl of sugar free pudding, add a teaspoon or 2 of powder, mix it in, and you never know it's there. Soups, serve up the bowl, but let cool to 'eating' temperature, and add a spoon of powder, mix well. You may have to stir the soup up a few times to keep the powder that was in suspension from continualy sinking to the bottom of the bowl. Good luck! I still use my any-whey, jsut about every day, just another way to get in that protein!

I tried samples of the AnyWhey tasteless powder. I really couldn't taste it. On the wlssuccess site, you can look under the heading SAMPLES and read about it. Everyone is going to be different. What someone else likes, the next person doesn't. I would advise trying a sample for yourself! Tiff

I second Track. A little bit many times a day is WAY better than a lot at once. Tiff

A hint for the Any Whey users, try mixing with a bit of water and let it sit for a few minutes, then pour the liquid in whatever you are making. I dont like the foam so i throw it out, It works great for me.
