Adding Protein to Water?
Both chocolate and vanilla I mix into milk. If you are lactose intolerent you can use soy milk or almond milk. The only flavor I like mixed with water is Syntrax Nectar - Twised Cherry. Of course everyone's taste is different. You can order a bunch of Syntrax Nectar samples. Just go to their web site.

Good question Charlene, I was thinking of asking the same thing. i know my protein is down, so I really need to step it up a bit. Someone told me to try it in water.... I'm tired of spending so much money on protein powders only to find I cannot drink them... I'm going to try it in water and see how that works. Hope you're doing well.....Laurie
I agree with Martha, order the samples from Syntax Nectar. I love the Twisted Cherry, Fuzzy Navel and Roadside Lemonade. You can also add crystal light to any of these or others to try to make the taste different so you can use up what you have. Davinci sugar free syrups are also wonderful to add to "adjust" flavors.
I hardly drink anything that hasn't had some sort of protein in it. I figure why waste the fluids? I drink these nectars throughout the day.

The only protein I can drink and like is the nectar protein in kiwi strawberry or fuzzy navel....the other flavors I couldn't stand.......other protein powders like choc. etc...I mix with skim milk....the nectars are sweet so keep adding more water as you drink......I carry a bottle of nectar protein with me all day long and just keep extra powder in my purse in the little snack baggies measured out to what each serving is then I cut a hole at the corner and dump into my water bottle...........I am sure everyone at work is sick of seeing me and my bottle, but hey I get my liquids and protein in.
