Sugar free Fudge Pops - Cheating?

The only thing I would caution, well two things. First don't have too many! :)  Second and most important be aware that they may not agree with you.  Those sugar free items have sugar alcohols in them. Early out I could not do sugar free fudgesicles or sugar free pudding.  The sugar alcohols made my heart race, my ears would get hot. I don't recall all the details was 3-1/2 years ago, but it was like a dumping.  Congratulations on your surgery!

If you have a protein drink you like, you can freeze it in the tupperware (you can find cheaper ones at wal-mart) molds. I do this all the time with Lean Dessert protein drink. I make Chocolate and Banana.

I like your idea of making your own "frozen pops".. I remember when my kids were little I would put kool-aid into little dixie cups and add a popcicle stick. Tomorrow I'm getting some sticks and making some frozen treats with Click and some with Vanilla Lean dessert. I may even cut up a bananna to put in the vanilla one.  This will even be a good treat when the teenagers get home from their first day of school tomorrow.

I have done the no added sugar ones from popsicle and have had now problem.  I have done them from day 4 after surgery.  I do  usually allow myself 1 a day....sometimes two if I have grouch pouch.  And the even better news is each pop has 1 g of protien!  I love me some fudgecisles!!  They do help curb the chocolate craving, are cool and refreshing and the bonus is the protein!

Of course now that I am on an unrestricted diet, I am trying to venture on to new snacky things.  Yesterday was a fruit day for me....no fudgesicle.

I am really starting to love this WLS!!!
On the road to a whole new me and a  shopping spree!!!

Thank you to everyone for their responses.   I am so glad that I signed up on this website.  And no, not because now I know that I can have a popsicle every day or two!   Everyone on this site has been extremely helpful.  I hope to help others as you each have helped me.

Good luck to everyone and thanks again.

Sully you are so welcome as far as fudge pops moderation being the key word and try them at home first just in case. I personally would wait ti the next stage but thats just me. My theory is what we "normally" can't have there is a way around it. There are options the only one we can't have is quitting. We won't let each other quit!  I wish you the best on your new journey and please feel free to ask anything you want, thats why we are here.
