Sugar free Fudge Pops - Cheating?

I've seen a lot of people mention that they enjoy sugar free fudge pops as a means to curb chocolate and ice cream urges.   I'm 4 days post-op and still on clear liquids.  Are the fudge pops for the next stage, or ok in the clear liquid stage?

I'm 12 days out and was doing my SF popsicles and fudgsicles from the pre-op stage up until today.

OH PRAISE the  LORD someone asked this question.  I was driving home and I was wondering if I could have SF Fudge sicles.  My prayers were answered.  I am soooo tired of popsicles and jello and I am 2 days shy of being 1 month out of surgery.  I was about ready to saute some dirt, or dust bunnies with salt and butter for a change of pace.

They should be OK at your stage. But be careful - I can't keep them in the house because I will eat too many in one day. They are only about 40 calories per pop, but it will add up quickly if you eat multiple pops! Since I tend to binge on them, I don't buy them. Just something to be aware of! Just because they are FF/SF doesn't mean that you should eat bunches of them. Good luck!

Thank you for asking this.  My surgery is September 15.  I now know that I've got this to look forward to.

I don't want to burst anyones bubble...but...make sure they are truly "sugar free".
The only fudge pops I see (by Popsicle Brand) are "no sugar added".  I'm not
sure if thats necessarily a bad thing, but, my guess is there's sugar in some of
the ingredients and they just don't ADD anymore.

I dunno and dont claim to know...but...be aware of that in case you end up dumping!

you will never find anything that is sugar free that has milk in it

Milk has lactose and that's sugar     the ingredients are important

on full liquids we can have fugde pops  we prefer the healthy choice fudge pops

Blue Bunny's Sweet Freedom Fudge Lites are to die for!! They are sugar free and made with Truvia, are Gluten free, and 45 calories each bar. Yummy and filling!! But like a previous poster said, be careful, cuz they can become addicting!! However, they are a great choice when I get bored of my SF popsicles!!

I eat those when I want something sweet or chocolate. I have eaten them since my 2nd month out and no problems so far.
